NOVA SMAR S/A has information security programs that include technical and administrative security measures, as well as making use of systems that meet the security requirements and standards of good practices and governance established in the LGPD, in order to to protect your data.

NOVA SMAR S/A may not assign any other purpose to the personal data collected that is different from the purpose specified here, for the full compliance with the object of this Consent Term, under penalty of incurring any damages and sanctions provided for by law.

NOVA SMAR S/A will keep a record of the personal data processing operations carried out as a result of this Consent Term, to guarantee information security. And in the event of a security incident, it will adopt all appropriate technical and administrative measures to remedy and minimize the incident's impact on your data.

NOVA SMAR S/A will keep the personal data collected for a period of 5 (five) years, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. After this period the data is deleted.

NOVA SMAR S/A informs that the holder has free access to his data and may request information about the treatment carried out whenever he deems it necessary. You also have the right to revoke this consent at any time. Any and all requests must be made directly to the data manager, by e-mail tic@smar.com.br
