Nova Smar delivers Schlumberger's SEP-TE 786 project

On 12/01/2021, Nova Smar delivered the SEP-TE 786 (Schlumberger) project, a three-phase separator that is used to acquire data and measure the life of an oil well. Nova Smar's AuditFlow flow measurement system, which uses HFC302, is used for such acquisition. This system is fully configurable and designed with the latest hardware and software to monitor, correct and control liquid and gas flows. This is a fiscal measurement system, implying features such as higher measurement accuracy, alarm tracking and parameter modifications in the flow computer. All this reinforced with Inmetro certification.

In addition, mass flow, temperature and Coriolis pressure meter transmitters were installed, which use Hart communication to send data to Auditflow and thus be possible to make remote control through ProcessView supervision, which is built entirely under the OPC standard (OPC-To-The- Core™) that eliminates duplication of the system database during project development and ensures connectivity and interoperability through OPC Plug-and-Play with major applications, equipment and industrial networks.

Another project successfully accomplished by Nova Smar's team, which is always willing to execute and develop solutions for its customers.
