Nova Smar reaches collective agreement on PLR

On June 24, 2024, Nova Smar, together with the Sertãozinho Metalworkers' Union, held a meeting with the participation of the company's employees to decide on the collective agreement for Profit Sharing (PLR), valid from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
