SMAR customers can now clarify doubts about how to correct defects and submit questions quickly and safely. With this easy-to-access tool, users can decide whether to submit technical questions, or filling in the data information form.
Answers to questions can be sent via email (techsupport@smar.com.br), or telephone +55 16 3946-3611, with a maximum deadline of 24 hours. In case of questions asked on Fridays, or on the eve of public holidays, the response time may be longer due to non-working days. The question is analyzed and forwarded to the responsible technical group for an answer. The questions asked are filtered by the application engineering department, factory and manufacturing personnel, product development team, or others. The service program operates from 8 am to 5 pm, Brazilian time, in Portuguese and English.
